You're in the pink again. When you have that insatiable thirst for otherness, you cannot hide your a beat, culturally-driven, toward being in the know and meeting people different from you. The mindset people have, different from yours, the norms they keep, abandoning laws, the language they utter; light up a new way.               While your thoughts are likely to change day by day; sure they will, life teaches us to wind up adversity and limitations and celebrate togetherness and diversity. I bet the single observable universe we also live in is from time immemorial a melting pot of different cultures; add to it now meeting others in the digital space. Things are developing and mindsets are developing.                           As a KG-12 instructor of English, and to help you understand and invest in yourself, MTT is here to regrear inputs you need for better operablility as an instructor (as you GUYS, English instructors, care to operate or do better when in class) or as a coachee. MTT will help you cement gaps (in many  workplaces you met), and you and I can work out strategies, fit to your situation and non-alien to the profession. MTT is an online academy. In, staff are more than enthused to rise up with you to standards you never met (sometimes beyond what's taken for granted), and introduce assets non-given before. Training wise, all you need are in one portfolio of evidence to show customers. Programs are a customer-friendly coursework#1, Speech Mechanics, to grab American English Foundational Skills, and the core abilities needed, coursework#2, Reading Mechanics & conversational inputs, to grab on various inputs to daily communication needs plus a feat of read no less sufficient, and Writing Mechanics only for your significant growth.                                                             Once i had a language school, a mini-language, one-class facility i set up in my hometown between 1995-2004. Programs sought were developed by me for the first year, and then I resorted to ScottForesman English Teach Books at the time, On your Mark 1 & 2, On Target 1 & 2, and In Charge 1 & 2. Later I moved to work in the Middle East as an instructor of Englisn, owing to civil unrest. Now starting MTT, the content I created @MTT is significantly what makes a spade a spade and a jar a jar. There's always a purpose, and we normally change tips for more effective ones, empty our basket and fill anew.                   As for strategy, we follow PEEL. Thought was, if we wanted to show effieciency, we then needed show participants/respondents a Point, Explain, give Examples, and Link. I am proud there is a new Syria now, a home country i left in 2010, and vow to move up nomading digital space, for help.                                       I have developed several courseplans and modules under. I have also helped people prepare for IELTS/TOEFL exams and Aptitude Tests, and I cherish one day I/we will share your interests. Just give it the try and find if the change modules we introduce are  meritsworthy. WAIT: first few classes are free.                     I have an M. Ed. in advanced teaching for the PYP, MYP and Diploma Years program from a US-based university (August 2024).  The content I create or tailor for you is not the one-and-only missing portfolio, but toolsets I cherish are meritsworthy. With me, you can be a TESOL-cerftified instructor and be accredited from a partnering Midwest Education Group end, in Chicago, Illinois . I am also an International Teacher Trainer (MEG, 2017), and I believe language 1, language 2, or language 3, et. al,  is nurture not nature. MTT inputs are varied inputs; things we crafted for you. You, as a teacher, will acquire a Language Acquisition Tool (LaT) you believe in. As MTT staff believe communication is the strength we need for tomorrow, they turn your way in digital space.                                     Now e-Education is , owing probably to no worries that such education is 'not as engaging as in-person classes.' People in the profession set their goals high, optimize concepts and re-open 'once-besieged' confines of virtual classrooms, and I am one.   I usher now into a more ripened vision that gives me as a digital intstructor or nomad the benefit of tutoring online, now as I am 55 and meeting my pension plans soon. The year 2025 has really toppled the shift: online management systems (LMSs) were on every corner and went viral. Online tutoring jobs were growing and are this coming year GROWING BIG. I suggest entreprneurs try industry again. Watched people say it: Online education is “eliminating any unwanted distractions,” and, what's more, “tutoring sessions can be more effective and fruitful” (Tucan, 2022). With MTT @emprove.com, you will rate your courseware and coursework, meet inputs and outputs, and see your skills at play. Let's see at the end, will you call a spade a spade? Will you have enhancements like you never thought of, or be better at visible thinking; kind of re-boost your operation. With us, work will be craftwork. Often like others, we aim high.
