HANDSHAKE مرحبا. You're in the pink again. When you have that insatiable thirst for otherness, you cannot hide your beat, be culturally-driven, toward being in the know and meeting people different from you. The mindset people share, no matter how different, the norms they keep, abandoning by their culture laws, the language they utter; could light up their way. While your thoughts are likely to change intermittently; sure they will at some time. Life tells/teaches us to wind up adversity and limitations and celebrate togetherness; call it interculturality. Truth holds the single observable universe you live in has, from time immemorial, been a melting pot of our different cultures and communities; add on, that facing others in digital space is a thrill no less. Technology is the sage on the stage today; and things have changed. LMSs are developing, and with it minds are. Be it a professional international ToT (trainer of trainers) or Teacher Trainer, a KG-12 instructor of English up my careerpath, a TESOL-certified and a TOEFL iBT coach, and to help you understand, and invest in yourself, I started MTT education here to regrear inputs you need for better operablility as a coach/teacher or coachee/trainee/student. We teachers care to do better or work under operable conditions where in class. MTT is to help you cement those practices and strategies you use; fill in, say, those pits in often encounter in the workplace. Ours, we hope, is an online Education/academy that makes past performance past and coming performance new. Will be more than enthused to rise up WITH YOU to standards never met beofre (who knows, there could be s.th.) and beyond what's  taken for granted. As MTT introduces assets newly enountered in milieus, training wise, all I think we can do is bring "one portfolio of evidence to show." something you can invest in yourself or then show your customers." THAT MEAN ONE THING: Programs are not only customer-friendly but need oriented. "Will walk you under under your feet into what vision MTT's people developed for coursework#1, Speech Mechanics, where you grab on phonemes of American English, see core abilities inherent, and get you more immersed, mounting your way 2 into Reading Mechanics & conversational input, with varied viewing skills/entries for daily communication. Then, on our roll is a feat "to write no less sufficient for the workplace," (meet MTT courswork# 3, Writing Mechanics), and only for your significant growth. To tell, once i had a language school, a mini-language/classroom facility i set up in my hometown, between 1995-2004. Programs I sought were first to be developed by me (By then, I had fulfilled my 12-month graduate study on linguistics at the University of Damascus); that was way into my first year, and later resorted to other publishers (ScottForesman English Teach Books), but I still found loopholes. For me, I had to count on material I write often for my classes. Later, due to civil unrest, I relocated/moved to live & work in Kuwait, another country in the Middle East. Was as a high school instructor of Englisn/acting head of English, 2022, lost in a government curriculum schooling . Now starting my education/academy online, the content I created @MTT are a number of abilities & skills  significantly to your growth (I have tried for 1200+ classes, in private tuition as a tutor online). My audience, in the aftermath, could read English quickly, easily and automatically, and could call a spade a spade and a jar a jar,  enjoy the fun of speaking, writing, and the benevelance of  ideas that soar in practice. Thought was to empty our basket and fill anew; and keep our fingers crossed something is in your way, and follow a PEEL strategy, that participants/respondents can Point, Explain, give Examples, and find their assimilations and co-relations: or Link. For a further accomplishment, I had an M. Ed. in Advanced Teaching for the PYP, MYP and Diploma Years program from UoPeople, California (August 2024).  With MTT, I hope mine are an add-on, no pull-out programs, that you can again find a missing portfolio (though not the one-and-only), reach to toolsets (though not unique), and find a PoE or  retraining you needed at this base.   M.
