HANDSHAKE مرحبا. You're in the pink again. Don't tell me, when you have that insatiable thirst for otherness, you cannot hide your beat, or be not culturally-driven toward being in the knowhow. Meeting people like you, or sharing their mindset, no matter what or how different, the norms You & I keep, abandoning some or abiding by some, culture norms we have and culture norms we love, the language You & I utter; these could light up our way at the end of the day. Thoughts are likely to change intermittently; sure they will at some point. We all change & converge. That's because life teaches us to wind up adversity and limitations an' celebrate togetherness. Call it cross-cultural, multiculturalism, or intraculturality. For truth holds the single observable universe we live in is a melting pot of different cultures, where groups blend so deeply that new shared traits and support communal behavior form, an amalgamation of a kind. Add to it, facing others in digital space is a thrill no less, be 't that technology is the sage on our stage; and things have changed as well.                                                             While learning managment systems (LMSs) are developing, and with it sure minds, an' I accredited as a TESOL trainer and intl. Teacher Trainer (a ToT) from Midwest Education Group of Chicago, a KG-12 instructor of English, and an M. Ed. in advanced teaching from UoPeople (Under WSCUC), also intermittently a TOEFL PBT/iBT trainer, and to help you understand and invest in yourself, we thought of MTT education as a start-up. Now at the age of 56, to regrear inputs gathered for years, and for other students and novice teachers, for what I see as a better operablility and ambience and efficiency in class, I lay my cream jars. As an English coach and founder, my vision of Mason Tennessee Trainthetrainer academy is to help cement those practices and strategies teachers of English as a second language need; see in where pits encountered need be logged and evaluated for stability, and rise above what's taken for granted. THAT IS AT THE WORKPLACE. "You too can keep in mind we, teachers and us, can work out other strategies, fit in to situations different (think of multi-ethnic classwork needed), and be right in the profession and not alien to. Mine, I hope, is an online Education consultancy academy that makes past performance/s past and coming performances new. I often rose up beyond things in my career.
